seems I need to spell out the point of this once more.
There's no non-white equivalent to the feeling of guilt (that often results in inaction and/or shifting focus to the person feeling the guilt) that accompanies a legacy of colonization and subjugation of non-white people in America.
Therefore
It stands to reason that there's no non-white equivalent to flipping that specific feeling of guilt into responsibility (and therefore action) instead.
Not sure how to break it down for you beyond this. If at this point you are still not getting it, either I can't help you understand, or your misunderstanding is, on some level intentional it would seem.
